Welcome to CoreSwim, your source for learning more about the Matt Wren Core Swim program.

CoreSwim is a series of two exercise regimens, Core Stabilization and Shoulder Stabilization. This program has been designed specifically for competitive swimmers by Matt Wren, PT – and he’ll guide you through every step. With these DVD programs, you’ll not only learn what to do. You’ll also learn why you’re doing it, and how it helps you as a swimmer. That’s why this program has been given great reviews by both swimmers and coaches.

Core Stabilization is a must for any swimmer who wants to kick into championship mode. These easy-to-follow exercises focus on strengthening the areas that truly make a difference in the water.

Shoulder Stabilization will help you avoid painful shoulder injuries, which are all too common in our sport. By strengthening the right areas, you can both protect yourself and improve performance.

Each Core Swim segment is 30 minutes long.  Twenty-seven exercises are featured on this website. The DVD is available at NZ Manufacturing, Kast-A-Way Swimwear and American Swimming Coaches Association.

In his early years as a physical therapist.
